Objective CSD AFD-I (Against Frim Demand) items portal
The main objective of CSD AFD-I portal launch is to provide online buying of AFD-I Items(Like Cars, Motorcycles ,Washing machine ,TVs ,A.C and Fridge .You just need to register on the online portal and login into your account to buy these items .This portal is launched by Union minister of Defence Shri Rajnath singh to benefit over 45 lakhs serving and retired army personnel.

For login into the afd.csdindia.gov.in webportal ,firstly you need to register yourself after the login process explanation we will explain to you how to register to afd.csdindia.gov.in portal
1 Go to Official website of AFD CSD canteen- afd.csdindia.gov.in
2 On the home page click on shop now.
3 You will be navigated to Login page.
4 If you have registered to the web portal,then you have user id and password.
5 Fill the user id and password.
6 Fill the captcha.

Registration is required to create user name(user id) and password so that you can login to avail the services given by canteen.For registration process you need to follow the steps shown below.
- Open any browser and go to official website- afd.csdindia.gov.in
- You will be guided to an interface having shop now option. Click on shop now to start the registration.
- You will be guided to login interface.
- On that page you will get option for New Registration.

- Grocery/ Canteen card
- Pan card
- Mobile number for OTP verification
- Name, Card ID, Chip number should be exactly the way they are printed on the Grocery card/ Canteen card. Mobile number will be verified through OTP. After entering number Click “Send OTP”
- If a new user with username/ grocery card/ PAN number already exists, error screen will be displayed. No user can have same details like Username, e-mail etc .If the error persists user may contact the help desk
- If “Date of enrolment/commissioning” is less than 5 years old then users will not be entitled to buy any products. Once the form is filled, press “Submit”.
- If the form is correctly filled. User will get the notification. User will not be able to login
right away. Post submission admin will verify the details and then grant access. User will receive mail after that.

Selling rates of march 2021 according to the Official web portal: RATES AS RECEIVED FROM OEM ARE UPDATED IN PORTAL AND ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE. IF AN ITEM/INDEX IS NOT VISIBILE IN THE PORTAL MEANS THAT THE SELLING RATE IS NOT SUBMITTED BY OEM DUE TO CHANGES IN MODEL/PRICE/PRODUCTION ISSUE ETC. SUCH ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AS AND WHEN RATES ARE RECEIVED & UPDATED IN PORTAL.
All payments for AFD items will only be through the payment gateway wef 5th March 2021. No direct payment will be accepted into the depot account. All demands received against payment in depot account will be cancelled. When full payment is done by beneficiary, it will be through payment gateway only. For loan cases – loan payment as well as balance payment by the beneficiary will be through direct transfer in the following account (only for demands where loan has been taken) :
