RCH Portal

Earlier an innovative web portal started by ministry of Health and family welfare called MCTS i.e mother and child tracking system with the aim of providing all the necessary help to pregnant women and children ,to improve health care system ,to improve service delivery system, Monitoring system at all level.

But due to the changing the requirements of data ministry has designed RCH portal which will record all the data which were not consider the MCTS portal .RCH portal will further strengthen the health care monitoring and delivery system.

Rch.nhm.gov.in/RCH/ portal used for data entry related to pregnancy, new born baby and other details. Following are the topics for data entry.

After clicking on the data entry from the main menu following option will be shown.

District.
Label..
Health block or word.
Health facility Type
PHC.
Subfacility /Subcenter
Village /Gram panchayat.
Entry Type(choose from the list)
- Population entry.
- Eligible couple.
- Pregnant women
- Child entry
- Health Provider/Asha Entry.
- Direct data entry.

RCH Portal Login

Visit the Official website of RCH web portal
On the Home page click on the Date entry option on the top of dashboard.
You will be guided to the https://rch.nhm.gov.in/RCH/Login.aspx login page.
Select the State.
Then fill the credentials with
- User name
- Password.
- Enter Captcha
- Click on the Login option.
Now you are logged in for the Data entry job.

RCH Portal Registration

Registration process for beneficiary are done by following method.

Registration is done after the identification done by ANM in the register.
These beneficiaries will include those identified during household surveys, through regular identification by the ASHA between two household surveys and any new beneficiaries coming to Village Health and Nutrition Day (VHND) site directly.
ANM will not provide any Identification number to the beneficiaries.
After the register entry the data is sent to the Data entry operator of RCH portal. Data include following
- Village-wise Information(Profile Entry).
- Tracking of eligible couple using contraceptives.
- Tracking of pregnant women.
- Tracking of children.
When included into the RCH portal an unique ID number will be issued to the each beneficiary.
Which means now it is registered.

The RCH Portal Self Registration

Now a new service is added to the RCH portal portal for self registration, where there no need of data entry operator if you know the data entry process and ANM details. There is two option for self registration pregnant woman registration and Child registration.

For the pregnant woman registration follow the steps given below:-

Go to the RCH Portal
On the home page click on the self registration.
Fill the form of registration.

  - Pin code
  - Email ID

  - ANM Mobile Number
- Medical condition

  - Verify OTP

Click on Save , Now you are registered to RCH portal

For child registration

Go to the RCH Portal
On the home page click on the self registration.
Fill the form of registration.
- Personal details
  - Mothers Name
  - Child Name
  - Address
  - Fathers Name
  - Pin code
  - Street/Locality
  - Email ID
- Hierarchy

Responsibility of a Data entry operator

Data received from ANM on time.
Timely data entry into the RCH portal.
To ensure that system has generated a Unique ID of beneficiaries and share the list to AMNs.
To the feedbacks from AMNs regarding incomplete ,unclear or unreadable
